This Terms of Service and Disclaimer (collectively, "Agreement or agreement, Terms or terms") and its Associated links sets forth the general guidelines, disclosures, and terms of your use of the healthnatura.com website ("Website," "Products," or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Disclaimer is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Health Natura, LLC ("(HealthNatura.com, HealthNatura Com)", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Website, Products, and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

You acknowledge that you have read this Terms of Service and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website, Products, and Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and accept the terms of the Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this document, you are not authorized to access or use the Website, Products, and Services.

Third Parties 

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement; in which case the terms "User", "you" or "your" shall refer to you and such entity. You are prohibited from using the Website, Products, and Services if you do not have such authority and will be personally liable for all repercussions of falsely representing yourself and your authority. 

Consent to Changes 

Continued use of the Website and Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Accessibility, ADA & Individuals with Disabilities Support 

If you need assistance navigating our Website or placing an order, we offer English-speaking phone support upon request. To request assistance, please contact us at Admin@HealthNatura.com and request that we call you. Please provide your phone number and the best time of day to call.

Phone Orders 

We do not accept orders over the phone. Accessibility services are the only exception.

Order Changes & Cancelation 

After you place an order, we send it to our fulfillment partner immediately, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Orders cannot be edited, changed, or canceled. If you change your mind, the order must be processed as a return.
The only exception to this policy is if your order is on hold due to a preorder of an out-of-stock item.

Address Errors

Due to the speed of our fulfillment center, catching an error and correcting it before your order ships is virtually impossible. We do our best to ensure that our checkout process offers a robust address verification step during checkout, but it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide us.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error, we will refund your order for the value of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable when the error is due to no fault of our own. There is a $6 restocking fee.

Processing Time

We use a professional fulfillment center in Texas specializing in expedited processing speeds for nutritional supplements. No special requests are required; your order is immediately uploaded to their system for rapid, secure packaging.

Processing time is in addition to the Carrier's Transit Time.

Processing times are not guaranteed and are subject to extension based on complicating factors such as inventory availability, seasonal volume, and unforeseen complications such as weather, technical difficulties, etc.

Typical Processing Times - Applies to In-Stock Items Only

  • Same-Day Processing - Orders submitted BEFORE 11 AM Central Standard Time Monday-Friday* typically leave our facility the same day; applies to In-Stock Items Only.
  • Next Business Day - Orders submitted AFTER 11 AM Central Standard Time (Monday-Friday), Weekends, or during US Observed holidays typically leave our facility the next business day; applies to In-Stock Items Only.

Shipping Time - What to expect

Our fulfillment partner starts processing your order immediately after you complete the checkout process, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and will hand it to the CarrierCarrier at their next scheduled pickup (Monday-Firday).

  • Overnight Express Example 1 -- FedEx Overnight Express, submitted Thursday before 11 AM Central Standard Time; ETA The next day, Friday.
  • Overnight Express Example 2 -- Suppose everything in the example above is identical, except you submitted the order AFTER the cut-off time of 11 AM CST. In this case, we would ship the package on Friday, and you would receive the package on Monday, NOT Saturday because the shipping service selected didn't include Weekend Delivery.

Shipping Fees & Rates

Our Website calculates shipping rates at checkout. We do not give shipping quotes or estimates via email. Rates are determined by the weight and dimensions of what you order.

Shipping is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Free Shipping 

Free shipping is a promotional offer that we may offer to our customers from time to time to destinations located in the US. We will select the most economical way to ship your order. Special requests to use a specific carrier or service are not accepted.

Restocking Fees apply on Returns When the Original Order Shipped For Free. See Restocking Fees Below.

Coupons - All Coupons are single use per customer.

  • 20% Off Coupons - Affiliate coupons can only be used once per customer.
  • Other Coupons - Unless otherwise noted with the coupon offer, all coupons are one use per customer.
  • If You Forget - Coupons not used during checkout will not be manually applied at a later date unless there is a programming error. Any discounts applied retrospectively will be refunded as store credit and will not be refunded back to your card.

Promotions & Sales

Sales and promotions are on a while supplies last basis and/or for a specified timeframe. Should supplies run out before the end of the promotion timeframe, the promotion will end early. The promotion timeframe (date & time window) will begin and end at midnight Central Time, adjusted for daylight savings time.

Refund Policy

  • We offer two refund methods: refund to your Original Method of Payment or Store Credit.
  • After 180 days, Store Credit is the only option.
  • We only issue refunds to the original purchaser.
  • You must submit information, such as full name, address, and email address, to allow us to find the original order.
  • Under no circumstance shall we be liable to refund any value greater than that of the original purchase.

Unclaimed Packages/Refused/Returned to Sender.

If a shipment is returned to us due to being unclaimed, refused, or marked "returned to sender," we will issue a refund less restocking and shipping fees.

Restocking Fees

  • In all instances shipping is non-refundable.
  • If the item originally shipped for free there is a prorated restocking fee based on the amount we paid to ship the order. 
  1. Authorized Returns - $0
  2. Address error returns - $0
  3. Unclaimed Packages - $5 per package.
  4. Refused/Returned to Sender - $5 per package plus $1 per item.
  5. Unauthorized Returns - $5 per package plus $1 per item.

Restocking fees for multiple Failed delivery attempts.

If you place multiple orders that fail to be delivered (for any reason) and are returned to us, we will deduct a restocking fee.

  • Original Shipment: 0% restocking fee.
  • Second return: 20% restocking fee.
  • Third return: 40% restocking fee.
  • Fourth return: No refund.

Return Policy

You must have a Return Authorization to make a return. Please Contact us or Email Admin@HealthNatura.com

  1. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 3 business days with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please provide your order number or other information so we can locate your order.
  2. You may return or exchange new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund with shipping refunded as shipping refunded as store credit.
  3. Returns requested after 90 days may be eligible for store credit.
  4. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  5. Opened product will not be refunded unless it is determined to be defective.
  6. Shipping fees are not refundable.
  7. We do not pay for return shipping if the return is due to no fault of our own.
  8. Refund exceptions - We do not refund shipping or any extra expenses such as customs taxes, bank fees, transaction fees, or exchange rate fees you may incur.
  9. You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days after we receive your return.

Unlike many companies that make you pay for Insurance, we include free Insurance Coverage against Damage, Loss in Transit, & Loss/Theft After Delivery for every order. See our promotional page Here. We handle all claims personally to address your concerns quickly and easily.

Underwriter

Health Natura, LLC underwrites and administers this Package Protection Coverage. It is not underwritten (financed) by an outside agency. To ensure the longevity of this service and its limited resources, we ask that our customers respect the system and our process.

Claims Process

We've been shipping products since 1996 and know all the potential complications that could arise. You can rest easy knowing that we've seen everything the shipping industry can throw at us and that we will resolve your concerns respectfully and as quickly as possible.

  1. Read the insurance policy. The terms are simple and easy to understand.
  2. Contact Us with your concerns at Admin@HealthNatura.com and include any information you have. If applicable, please include pictures.
  3. Please be patient while we gather information, assess the situation, and determine the next steps.
  4. We will respond within 2 business days to let you know what to expect next. Please be mindful that we are closed Friday through Sunday and on US-observed holidays. We will post any other closures on the home page.

Reporting Deadline

Unless noted otherwise, you must submit your claim within 13 weeks of shipment.

Damage Insurance

We will replace or refund any products received damaged, leaking, or otherwise unsound upon arrival.

  • You must report damage within one (1) week of delivery confirmation. We will use the carrier's delivery confirmation date to determine eligibility.
  • Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged product.
  • Replacement items will be shipped at no additional charge using the shipping service of our choice.

Lost in Transit Insurance

Packages get lost, when it happens we're here to help. We will replace or refund orders that have been lost by the carrier after the criteria below have been met.

  • Loss during transit is a package that has no delivery confirmation after the delivery guarantee window has elapsed.
  • The Domestic Delivery Window is two (2) weeks from the date of shipment.
  • The International Delivery Window is ten (10) weeks from the date of shipment.
  • A week is added to these delivery windows for remote locations and during high-volume shipping seasons.
  • International Exceptions. Some countries routinely reject specific products. You will find a note on the product page for each exception to our guaranteed delivery policy. See our International Shipping Restrictions page for details on our International Coverage.

Theft/Loss after delivery confirmation Insurance

Theft stinks, but it's less common than you think. We're here to help you get things sorted out.

We will replace or refund orders that have been lost or stolen after the criteria below have been met.

  • There is a 5-business day wait from the date of delivery confirmation to the acceptance of a claim. The majority of missing packages show up during this timeframe.
  • Claims must be made within 2 weeks of delivery confirmation.
  • Limits apply. Please see below.
  • Theft/Loss after delivery is defined as a package that has a delivery confirmation but is reported missing by the recipient.

International Insurance Coverage Limitation

Should you order products with known restrictions published on our Known Restrictions Page or with restrictions published on the product's page. In that case, the Insurance Policy is VOID and replaced by the terms published HERE.

* Insurance Coverage Limits

  1. Maximum liability is for the product only.
  2. Does not cover late delivery of time defined carrier services. For example, if FedEx guarantees the package to be delivered by 5pm and it is delivered at 5:30pm, we will NOT refund your money.
  3. Coverage is limited to $500 per 12 months, or 1 order per 12 months if a single shipment's value is greater than $500 and there have been no other claims in the previous 12 months.
  4. After the annual limit has been reached, there is a 12-month cooling-off period before Coverage can resume.
  5. Replacement items will be sent once.
  6. If a replacement is subsequently not received, you are eligible for a 25% store credit.
  7. If items repeatedly arrive damaged, we reserve the right to refuse further Coverage.
  8. We reserve the right to deny a claim if a pattern of multiple claims arises.
  9. We reserve the right to issue a refund or store credit instead of a replacement.
  10. Refund exceptions - We do not refund any shipping fees, customs taxes, bank fees, transaction fees or exchange rate fees you may incur.
  11. Claims are subject to an additional lifetime limit of $2,000 per customer. (Excluding damage & defect claims.)

International

Is it Legal for Import?

You (the importer) are responsible for determining if the product you are ordering is legal to import for your selected shipping destination.

Restricted Destinations - Known Restrictions

We maintain a list of countries that have known issues with our products. If you ship to one of these destinations, our guaranteed delivery policy is void and replaced by the terms listed HERE.

Banned Countries

We also do not ship to a number of countries due to customs issues. Mexico and Spain, for example, reject and destroy our shipments at a rate of 100%.

Import Taxes

You are responsible for paying any import taxes your country charges. If a package is returned to us due to a failure to pay import taxes, we will not refund shipping fees.

Customs Declarations

Under no circumstance will we falsify a customs form to aid you in evading import taxes. These falseifications include marking packages as a "gift" or "sample" when they are not. Under international trade law, we are required to declare our products using a uniform set of codes. We must comply with these codes to avoid your country banning us from shipping products to your country.

Exchange Rate and Transaction Fees

We are not responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of purchasing from us. We do not reimburse or refund these expenses in the event of a return.

Any views or opinions represented on the Website belong solely to the content creators and do not represent those of people, institutions or organizations that Health Natura, LLC or creators may or may not be associated with in a professional or personal capacity, unless explicitly stated.
