Initial consultation $250 - Apt duration usually 2 hours: Includes full history, physical evaluation, and assessment and recommendations. All in office tests included such as LSA biofeedback, or Cardio risk assessment.*
In-Depth follow-up consultation $200 - Apt duration 2 hours: Recommended for complex cases exceeding 3 primary complaints. Includes full history, physical evaluation, and assessment and recommendations. All in office tests included such as LSA biofeedback, or Cardio risk assessment.*
Regular follow-up Office Visit $110 - 1 hr or less duration: 3 primary complaints or less. Our most common service; recommended for Routine follow up assessment & exams.*
* Additional time over that allotted for the appointment will be billed at $25 per 15min or $100/hr.
Follow up appointments: Usually 2-8 weeks post initial visit. Appointment frequency depends on the severity or stability of your condition; appointments will always be set based on clinical priority. Includes full follow up and assessment of progress, physical evaluation.
Massage, Cranial-Sacral, Bowen, and Energy Therapy - $70/hr
Acupuncture, Moxa, Cupping - $70/hr
