Rarely we will experience out of stock items due to manufacturer back log, back order status and approximate availability dates will be notified via email. If your order contains an out of stock item that we did not foresee being out of stock, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected ship date and offer you a refund if you so desire.

Orders received Monday through Friday are shipped via Priority mail or FedEx Ground, except on national & postal holidays

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.
